StudyatHome provides online educational services including:
- • Live 1:1 and group English speaking classes
- • Interview skills training and mock interviews
- • Math and Science tutoring
- • Self-paced learning courses
3. User Accounts
- •You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- •You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
- •Parents/guardians must supervise users under 18
4. Payments & Pricing
• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Prices may change without prior notice; purchased courses remain unaffected
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
5. Course Access & Usage
- ✓Courses are for personal, non-commercial use only
- ✓Access is granted only to the registered user
- ✗Sharing, recording, or redistributing course content is prohibited
- ✗Account sharing is not allowed
6. Code of Conduct
During live sessions, users must:
- • Behave respectfully towards trainers and other students
- • Join sessions on time
- • Maintain a suitable learning environment
- • Not use abusive or inappropriate language
Violation of conduct rules may result in termination of access without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, website design, logos, and trademarks are the property of StudyatHome and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
StudyatHome provides educational services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to provide high-quality education, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
